Space Technology Transfer Finland

Space Technology Transfer Finland (STTF) project assists Finnish space technology companies in transferring their technology to other applications, finding space technology to match their needs and to activate their participation to European Space Agency’s technology projects.

STTF project operates as part of IRC Finland and is the first operational link between the ESA technology transfer programme and Innovation Relay Centre (IRC) network.

STTF project expert assists Finnish companies to transfer the technologies developed in space projects through the IRC network. STTF offers services from the creation of technology offers or requests to the IRC network to the signature of transnational technology transfer agreement.

STTF also studies the technology offers and requests coming from the IRC network in order to match them with the whole technology supply from the space projects participated by European companies.

The network is funded by the European Commission and national funds and most of its services are  free of charge.
