Participants

The participants in space activities in Finland are universities, research units, enterprises, organizations, and associations. Universities and research units are in charge of the design of scientific instruments and research plans for science programs. In other programs, universities and institutions of higher learning are most often involved as subcontractors to companies. Universities and institutions of higher learning take part in ESA's technology and preplanning projects either on their own or together with other research units and/or enterprises.
